What is your return policy?
If you have decided that RISE gear is not for you within 30 days of your order date, please send us an email to info@risegear.com describing what you didn't like or expect upon receiving your bag(s) and that you would like to return your Rise Gear. The bag must be in NEW, never used condition. Pre-paid return shipping within 30days of purchase date only.

My order didn't arrive in the time you said it would?
Do you ship Internationally (outside of North America)?
Now offering FREE shipping WORLDWIDE over $100!  Please note that orders outside of the United States takes from 7 to 20 business days to arrive. ***THIS IS AN ESTIMATE ONLY, NOT A GUARANTEED TIME FRAME*** It can take longer based on many factors such as customs clearance, distance from our warehouse, etc. International customers (outside of USA) are responsible for any customs/duties fees. 

Can you expedite shipping?

We offer a number of shipping options within the US. Please note that it usually takes 1-2 days for orders to process and get out the door and the day you ordered will NOT count towards the shipping timeframe. We do not have express shipping options outside of the United States at this time.
